What do you read?

My partner only reads erotic fiction. Ok once I saw her start a James Patterson novel but I’m pretty sure she didn’t finish it. This doesn’t mean she is not a vociferous reader, I’ve seen her consume several of these books a week!
All good news for me as she’s always horny (I’ve seen her not read the books for a week and she’s still always horny but the books take it to a new level)

As I’ve discussed before there is clearly a wide range of different quality books and genres within genres.

Currently she buys her books at airports, stations and physical book shops as well as the odd Internet purchase. Apart from toying with the idea of buying her an e-reader to reduce her carbon footprint and to save our creaking floorboards, it also opens up a whole new world of authors.

In the digital age it is much easier for people to produce their own material and get it out into the world, the difficulty is how do you find it? Where do you start looking and how do you know if its what you like?
